My wife and I are extremely happy with the experience we've had with West Coast Air Conditioning. Their salesperson, Letti Anderson, was very knowledgeable and helpful in our decision on which HVAC system was right for us. We chose to go with a complete Carrier HVAC system installation and have been very happy with it so far (the condenser is really quiet). Unfortunately, our house previously had no ductwork, which added to the overall cost and the amount of work required for the install. We knew that would be the case before we started getting quotes for the work though, so it didn't come as a surprise to us. This was a complete from-the-ground-up installation, requiring all brand new ductwork, furnace, and condenser to be installed. In addition to the HVAC system, we also had an attic fan installed along with a bathroom fan and exhaust ventilation ducting to the outside of the house for both of our two bathrooms. The installation crew that did the work (Gary, Erwin, Eli, and Sal) were outstanding. They were all very professional, knew their trade very well, and did a great job. The final results look great and everything is functioning very well. Overall, we'd highly recommend West Coast Air Conditioning for anyone considering a new HVAC installation.

He encouraged me to watch as he explained what he was doing and he was able to solve the problem with just a new capacitor, which was quite a relief when we were worried that we’d have to replace the motor or even the entire furnace. We hired West Coast to install our heat pump system (ductless and ducted). These guys were great! All the installers (Eli, Aaron, and Jake) were extremely neat and considerate while working inside the house. The foremen on our job (Nate and Alex) communicated with us on every step of what they were doing, and consulted us as to where we wanted equipment located, rather than just putting it wherever it was easiest for them. We are very happy with the install of our heat system!

We needed our furnace replaced and wanted to add air conditioning. I'm a pretty technical guy but not when it comes to heating and air. The first call I made was to West Coast Air, and they set me up an appointment with Letti. All I can say about Miss Letti is WOW. Incredibly knowledgeable, nice, thorough, and most of all, not rushed. She answered every question I had and told me to get my other estimates. Well after a 'no show,' an outrageous quote, a no call back, and a good quote but too far, I called Letti back. We went over a few items, and before I knew it, Nate was here for a walk-through. After his walk-through, he confirmed that the installation would be Monday morning. Lo and behold, Monday morning Alex Banales and Aaron show up on time to do the installation. From the second they walked in to the minute they left, they treated my home as if it was their mom's. These two are thorough, clean, friendly, and super easy to chat with. They replaced the entire system from furnace, ducts, registers, thermostat, etc., and added air conditioning. Upon completion, Alex explained everything in detail and let me know that if I had ANY issues to call. It feels like they were never here with the exception of the cool breeze from the A/C blowing on me right now. If you are in need of any heating or air conditioning work done, don't bother calling the other guys, call West Coast Air Conditioning and hopefully you get a chance to meet Letti, Nate, Alex, and Aaron!

Amazing service, fair prices and honesty! After contacting the crooks at Pacific Aire who said I needed a whole new HVAC system and wanted to charge me over $17,000, I contacted the folks at West Coast. They came and repaired my HVAC unit for a tenth of what Pacific Aire said I needed to pay. Ben, the technician at West Coast, was extremely helpful and said my system was fine—all they needed was to replace the coils and it would last me 20 years! Thank you West Coast!

I used West Coast Air Conditioning to replace my home heater and upsize my A/C to a size appropriate for my home's square footage. From start to finish this project was completed smoothly and on budget. My initial visit from Letti resulted in a cost proposal outlining several options. When we chose our options, the work was scheduled in a timely manner. The installation team of Art, Sal, Frank, and Jesus were friendly, professional, neat, and efficient. The removal of the 35-year-old furnace, all the old, deteriorated ducting, wiring was done in a neat and efficient manner. This team worked extremely well together. They were able to answer all questions that I asked and to provide useful alternatives when changes were required on some register locations. The new system works perfectly and more efficiently than the original HVAC system. I recommend this company without any reservations.

Hysteria set in when my ancient furnace gave up. Remembered seeing West Coast trucks at the H4H, Habitat for Humanity site in Port Hueneme. Since found they have been volunteering for 10 years. It was with confidence I called. Met with Nick, a proud 24-year veteran with the U.S. Navy, and was in my senior age group. Compassionate, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Sent Gary the next morning. In a few hours, I had a new furnace. Saw two employees who excel in every area of their craft and then some. What a wonderful experience.
